Vendors and company representatives are invited to advertise their products during the conference. Please read the following information and complete the Exhibitor Registration form below. Note that if you would like to present a session, please complete an application to be a presenter as well.
Thank you for your interest in showing your products or services at our conference! We hope that you will be able to join us and look forward to working with you, whether in person at the conference, or through further communications.
The cost for exhibiting is $80.00 per (approximately) 8’x3’ table. If for some reason these tables are not available, we will provide other tables that will include the amount of space that you have requested. You can reserve as many tables as you like. The tables will be placed near or in the principle conference room/hall.
If you are not available to display your materials and would like to participate, we have someone available to display and maintain your tables for an additional $80.00 per diem charge (thus $160.00 for the two days). If you choose to participate, we would like you to set up your display on Wednesday evening or Thursday morning between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to give teachers maximum time to view and discuss your materials, and to allow you contact time with all of the teachers. Exhibits will close at 4:30 on Friday afternoon.
